Our bakery's answer to the mooncake — six hand-rolled yolk pastries (蛋黄酥) in one Mid-Autumn gift box. Flaky spiral pastry, a whole golden salted egg yolk at the heart of each one, baked fresh for your order.

Best way to enjoy 最佳享用方式

A quick reheat brings the crisp layers right back — it makes a real difference. 复热后口感更酥脆，风味更佳。

• Oven (recommended) 烤箱复热（推荐）: preheat to 160°C, bake 6–8 minutes. 160°C 预热后，烘烤 6–8 分钟。
• Air fryer 气炸锅: 160°C for 4–6 minutes. 160°C 复热 4–6 分钟。
• Microwave (quick) 微波炉（快速）: medium power, 20–30 seconds. 中火加热 20–30 秒即可。

Storage 保存方式

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 常温保存于阴凉干燥处，避免阳光直射。
• Keeping them longer? Refrigerate, and reheat before enjoying for the best taste. 如需长时间保存请放入冷藏，食用前复热即可。
